What is Intel - AIM Corporate Responsibility Award (IACRA)?

The INTEL-AIM Corporate Responsibility Award (IACRA) honors specific companies, NGOs, organizations in Asia for excellent CSR projects in one or more of the following areas:
. Education - Improving Access to and Quality of Basic Education
. Community Involvement - providing sustainable executive time and attention
. Environmental Stewardship - taking the lead in improving the environment
. Poverty Alleviation in support of MDGs - involvement matched by funding
The award is non-competitive not for a specific project or program but for an organization that best lives and breathes corporate social responsibility.

How to nominate and what to include?

The person nominating must have good knowledge of the company he/she is nominating. He/she must inform the company that it has been nominated. The nominator shall give the contact name and address of the person in the nominated company, who we might get in touch with in case we have questions on their CSR projects. Nominator is also requested to submit a Nominee Summary Form which will provide a greater background about the nominated company/organization.

An entry to the IACRA will only be valid if a Nomination form and a Nominee information form will be submitted. The Nominee Information form should not be more than 2000 words and it should state the name of the company or organization. It should also include the company mission, company CSR activities, and results of company's CSR activities

Supporting materials

Please send information to support the company or organization you are proposing including a brief background about your organization. All entries need to be accompanied by supporting data and documentation such as brochures, photos, press clippings, etc. The judges reserve the right to request for any additional information they feel appropriate.

Supporting materials MUST be in English or, if they are in another language, a certified translation must be provided. Please note that supporting materials submitted will not be returned. Search and Selection process The Awards Secretariat processes the nominations, collates the supporting materials and submits these for consideration by the selection committee. The selection committee will be composed of a panel with representative from AIM, Intel and Asian Forum on Corporate Social Responsibility conference committee. Their decision will be final.

The winner and an excellence awardee will have a chance to display their project poster on the Asian CSR Awards poster display area. Awarding ceremonies will be made in a brief pre-dinner segment of the fifth Asian CSR Awards Gala Dinner ceremonies.
