Intel - AIM Corporate Responsibility Awards

The Intel and the Asian Institute of Management (AIM), Intel-AIM Corporate Responsibility Award (IACRA) is an integral component of the Asian CSR Awards. It honors organizations in Asia that have integrated, embedded, and sustained CSR. It is not an award for a specific initiative.

The main criteria is that the organization (in some cases through its corporate foundation, or in rare cases through an individual) has made CSR an integral part of the way they do business and has implemented interesting innovative CSR projects or programs that have an impact and are sustainable. IACRA recognizes a company or organization, not a specific CSR project or program.

How to Enter?
1. Eligibility
• Nominees must be headquartered in the Asia-Pacific.
• Companies of non-Asian origin are also eligible as long as they have a major regional presence in Asia.
• IACRA is meant to recognize COMPANIES – for how well the company integrates CSR into the way it does business. If a business has integrated CSR into the core of their values and operations – whether or not the business has put up a foundation – it should be considered.
• Note that IACRA excludes an NGO or a FOUNDATION from being considered for an award. IACRA is not about comparing a business CSR with a foundation’s activities. The foundation is considered as an instrumentality of the business that is being evaluated.

2. How to make a Nomination and what to include
A nomination to IACRA will only be valid if a Nomination Form will be submitted. The Nomination Form should state the following:
• Name of Person & Organization making this nomination
• Name of Company/ Organization being nominated
• Contact information of the person in the company being nominated
• 1000-word write-up as to why he or she is nominating that company/ organization.
• It should state the name of the company or organization, the company mission, company CSR activities, and results of company's CSR activities.
• Signature of person nominating the company/organization.
