MOM
a. What is MOM?
The Meeting-of-Minds (MOM) complements and enriches the pre-planned programs of the AFCSR through the fuller participation of the attendees. Invariably in a conference of this size, there are delegates who wish to present a topic of their own interest to a small group of other delegates who may have the same interest. Meeting-of-Minds allows speakers, delegates, sponsors and exhibitors to "create" their own session. Others who wish to listen in or add to the topic can sign up to attend. Arrangements are then made for those with like interests to meet and interact in small groups.
b. Can I present my topic in the MOM?
The Meeting of Minds (MOM) is an opportunity for Forum participants to exchange ideas on subjects not covered by the official sessions or workshops. If there is a topic that is not included in our current schedule, and that you would like to either present or learn more about, let us know. We will try to put you in touch with other conference participants with a similar interest.
Networking
How can I meet someone specific at the conference?
We have various networking activities during the event, and coffee breaks at the expo area in between sessions. We also have the Welcome Reception and cocktails for the delegates as well as the Asian CSR Awards night. Parking

The speakers ' speeches and presentations will be available for a limited time on the official event website of AFCSR one to two weeks after the event. Links to the session notes will be sent to delegates one week after the event.
How can I contact the speakers?
I am afraid we are not at liberty to give the contact details of our speakers. But we create many opportunities to meet them onsite.
Can I have the opportunity to speak / present in this conference?
To those who are interested to speak or recommending somebody to speak, please submit your bio or CV to Abby Bacani, the Program Coordinator for the conference, at abbybacani@oiceventsasia.com. She will present your bio/CV to the program committee for approval.
Tours
Are there tours before and/or after the conference?
There is an optional tour on Saturday, November 22. We are arranging tour visits to local CSR-related projects for you and other interested delegates.
Should you want to avail of this optional tour, please email Ms. Jemah Monforte at jemahmonforte@oiceventsasia.com.
