This session examines three areas: Building Knowledge, Building Relationships, and Building Strategic Action. Within each, we will discuss principles and steps necessary to both manage and lead your organization's program in corporate social responsibility.

In this session, leading with heart will be recognized. Five basic components of emotional intelligence which are crucial to organizational leaders will be introduced: self-awareness, managing emotions, motivating oneself, empathy and social skill. More importantly, CSR managers will get how to develop these skills to outperform their job.
