Plenary 1: Barriers to Implementing CSR - Do you accept what you cannot change?

Recent research indicates that 73% of business leaders believe that CSR needs to be a priority. However, fewer than 50% report achieving real integration of CSR decision-making into their businesses. This session will address barriers companies face in fully implementing CSR, including: making the business case, keeping initiatives aligned with strategy, and driving accountability for performance and results.
