Special rates have been secured at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel for official conference participants and fully-registered delegates. The Superior room rate per night is S$340++ (approx US$ 243++) for Single/Twin. It does NOT include breakfast and is exclusive of 10% Service charge and 7% GST. Breakfast is at S$ 25++ per head.

All you need to do is to send us your preferred hotel and room type, and we will reserve it for you. We'll forward this to the hotel and send you the confirmation numbers as soon as we receive it from them. Kindly send us also your credit card details (cardholder's name, credit card number, expiration date). The hotel reservation is confirmed after a guarantee of one night stay with the guest’s credit card.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that rooms in Singapore are critically short and that room block fills quickly so we recommend that you make your hotel and travel plans early.

Terms and Conditions of Registration
 

All conference registrations are made subject to the following terms and conditions of AFCSR 2008 as set out below:

1. Cancellation & Refunds
 

The registration fee, less US $50, will be granted ONLY if written request is received by October 3, 2008. NO REFUNDS after this date - but you can send a substitute.

     
2. Discount Deadline
  a. To qualify for the Early Bird registration discount, your registration form and payment must be received by Friday, September 19, 2008. Otherwise the regular rate will be charged.
     
  b. To qualify for Regular rate, your registration form and payment must be received by Wednesday, November 12, 2008. Otherwise the late registration rate will be charged.
     
3. Group Registration
  a. Group discounts apply only for two or more delegates from the same organization with one billing address.
     
  b. All names must be submitted at the same time. Cancellations will not be allowed, only substitutes. Registrations that arrive later will be processed as individual registrations and will NOT be eligible for the group discount.
     
  c. Only ONE payment to cover all registrations.
     
  d. A Group rate MAY NOT be combined with other conference discounted rates.
     
4.

No Deductions and Withholdings

  The rates quoted are NET amounts to be remitted with no deductions and withholdings for taxes or other purposes.
